Coaches all want a "good job situation." Those types of jobs are hard to find. My college coach told me if you want a better coaching job, make the job you have better.
Regardless of whether you take his approach or want to pursue landing a "dream job" one of the important interview questions is your philosophy of coaching.
This blog post takes a little different view of the general view of most coaches but is based on the philosophy of basketball legend John Wooden.
